Dodgers unveil 2017 promotions schedule and announce new mini plans

The Dodgers’ 81-game home schedule in 2017 will include 65 games featuring a promotion or event, the team announced today.
A new Fernando Valenzuela replica jersey and a May 3 game celebrating Vin Scully with a commemorative item are among the highlights of the 2017 promotional calendar, now on view at dodgers.com/promotions.
Other new items include a Dodger phone charger, chips and salsa dish, kids replica Corey Seager bat, kids pillow case and Labor Day BBQ gloves.
Once more, there will be 10 bobblehead giveaway nights in 2017, along with a new series of eight Great Dodger Moments collectible coin giveaways.
In addition to Friday Night Fireworks, the Dodgers will also host Independence Day Fireworks (on a Tuesday, in case you were wondering). And, the Dodgers will be home on Jackie Robinson Day, April 15, when Dodger fans will receive a Jackie Robinson replica statue.
A variety of mini plans
The Dodgers also announced new mini-plan options for 2017, including a 10-game Holiday Mini Plan, on sale only for a limited time.
For the first time, the Dodgers are offering a four-payment installment plan for new buyers starting at the end of December.
Here’s what each of the 2017 mini-plan options include:
10-game Tuesday/Saturday Plan
- Three games against the Giants
- One Freeway Series game against the Angels
- Giveaways including the phone charger, Clayton Kershaw t-shirt jersey, Movie Night and La Gran Fiesta
10-game Friday/Sunday Plan
- Two games against the Giants
- One game against the Cubs
- Five nights of Friday Night Fireworks
- Kids giveaways including the kids replica Corey Seager bat, kids t-shirt, kids hamper and Fan Appreciation Day
20-game Flex Plan
- Can include any bobblehead games, the Cubs and Giants series or Great Dodger Moments Coin Collection games
21-game Plan
- Opening Day
- All 10 bobblehead games
- All eight Great Dodger Moments Coin Collection games
30-game Flex Plan
- Opening Day and any 2017 promotional date with no game restrictions

Blue Friday: Merchandise sales and more
Fans are invited to purchase mini plans and shop for the Dodger fan on their holiday list on this week’s Blue Friday at Dodger Stadium: November 25 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Top of the Park store.
Among the highlights:
- Dodger merchandise at the store will be discounted by 25 percent.
- Fans can take photos with the 1988 World Series trophy.
- Dodger alumni Dennis Powell (10 a.m. to 12 noon), Al Ferrara (12 noon to 2 p.m.) and Billy Ashley (2 p.m. to 4 p.m.) will appear.
