LA Feeds Blue continues this homestand with Park’s BBQ

The LA Feeds Blue Chef Series, during which a new local pop-up concession stand will appear each homestand this summer at Dodger Stadium, continues with sizzling Korean BBQ from Park’s BBQ and chef-owner Jenee Kim.

The menu features the finely crafted dishes and fresh ingredients that earned the Koreatown institution a place on EATER’s list of “America’s 38 Essential Restaurants” in 2018. The Park’s BBQ Chef Series menu will be available in the Right Field Plaza during Dodgers home games August 1–7.

· LA Galbi Bowl

Beef short rib marinated with soy sauce and sesame oil, served over steamed white rice and fresh vegetables

· White Shrimp Bowl

Shrimp marinated with sweet onion and green onion sauce, served over steamed white rice and fresh vegetables

· Kimchi Pancakes

A side dish of three handmade kimchi pancakes, a Park’s BBQ specialty
