The Dodgers got on the board in the first after Chris Taylor scored on an RBI single from Matt Kemp.

Taylor and Kiké Hernandez hit back-to-back solo home runs in the top of the second inning to give the Dodgers a 3–0 lead over the Padres.

Tim Locastro hit his first Major League hit in the top of the fourth, a ground-rule double to left field.

Walker Buehler finished the night with six no-hit innings. Tony Cingrani took over in the top of the seventh.

Adam Liberatore entered the bottom of the ninth to try to keep the combined no-hitter in tact.

Walker Buehler, Tony Cingrani, Yimi Garcia and Adam Liberatore combined to no-hit the Padres. It was the Dodgers’ first combined no-hitter in franchise history and the 12th ever in baseball.
